A capital-light launch model bringing Western Union's global remittance service into a local community — a sub-agent kiosk hosted inside Selbe Kiosk Asian Asiatischen Lebensmittel, a high-traffic Asian grocery shop in Vreden. I built the marketing strategy, buyer research, outbound campaign plan, and a sample platform for this project during my Ironhack Marketing course.

An expansion of the original Western Union concept into a multi-service, commission-based community kiosk. By D&E does not build these services itself — it hosts the physical counter and partners with existing local providers in each category, earning a commission per transaction.
